location and laid off all employees.

· HSE Supervisor for north Texas, as well as support for central and west Texas as needed.
Conduct safety audits for crews while on various drilling locations. Hold JSA and Risk
Assessment before any work is to begin on all jobs (machine guarding, fall protection, Lock
out/Tag out, etc). Provide occupational training for company employees (forklift, Lock out/Tag
out, H2S, respirator, advanced driving techniques, JJ Keller CSA and HOS, etc). Host biweekly
safety meetings for our location. Attend and occasionally host customer safety meetings on
site for all vendors. Investigate all occupational injuries and conduct root cause analysis
when necessary. Conduct all necessary drills for our location, to ensure emergency response
and evacuation. Keep our location in compliance with all EPA regulations pertaining to
hazardous wastes. Maintain all MSDS for north Texas location and respond immediately to
any environmental emergency.
· Work together with my 4-5 man crew to maintain a positive environment so we could
efficiently and safely complete every job to customer specifications. Company representative
while on drilling location and be an immediate link between customer and company dispatch
and management.
